Fired up my 1989 R100GS today, it's not been run since the Autumn, now I know it was beginning to blow a bit from the collector box, but wasn't prepared for the row as it seemed to spring leaks as it fired up.
Took it apart today, and even as I loosened the clamps, I could see it was holed just where the rear box joined the Collector, so I took them both off together.
It's holed in three places, 1/4 way round as above, rather badly around where the curved clip goes over the frame, and a small hole one one side of the box.
It's been welded before by the look.
A quick Google seems to show that there's not too many around. Where should I be looking or what other options should I be looking at?
