I’ve only just seen there’s a dedicated board for this so apologies if you answer in the other thread! I’ve got a 1300gs with a connected ride nav. I’ve used connectivity hub on the nav to connect to phone but when I open the app on my phone it tells me I need to connect a bike? I want to upload a route to the nav. I can do this fine if I connect to the TFT without the CRN attached. Bike connects and shows in the app. What am I doing wrong?

Have you logged into your BMW account on the connected Nav and as well as Bluetooth, connected it to WiFi (either fixed WiFi or mobile hot spot)? This should automatically sync any routes you have saved in the connected app with the nav. BMW do not recommend connecting the phone to the bikes TFT if you are using the connected ride nav

Yes I have. Routes sync but the bike still shows as not cinnected and the location of the bike doesn’t move when I am riding or update any of the bike info. Is this normal?

May be worth deleting all pairings, logging out of the app and starting afresh.
Get the dealership that flogged you your spanking new 1300 to pair it for you. It’s part of the ‘service’ you paid for. If they cannot get it to pair, wheel out the all conquering “Not fit for purpose” trump card and shout loudly about the small claims court and bikermates’ rights.
