I have the wunderlich one - i think its the same.

Only downfall is to lock it 'on' you have to turn the nurled ring the opposite way ie turn it in the direction of the throttle off position which is quite fiddly

Have now fitted my throttle lock and used it a few times, it's great, I tighten it up at the required speed but leave just enough movement to adjust the throttle up or down, this means that when going up hill I can tweak the throttle up a bit and it stays there till I tweak it back down again at the top of the hill, a bit fiddly to put on, but very easy to get it back off when you need to.
