Custom routes?

I'm trying to download routes to my friends Nav V from my laptop. I have a Zuma 600 and it has custom routes on it. My friends Nav V doesn't?
How do I view the downloaded routes?

To view added routes click Apps then Trip Planner then click the 3 bars top left and chose import. Then tick the relevant route. If you've just added a route it will say something about finding new files and ask if you want to add them.
