Hi guys not sure this is the right place or if anyone can help.My 1150gsa resides in a garage for the winter with no electric,the bike is fitted with a datatool alarm im not sure the best course of action if the battery runs flat the alarm will activate im assuming,it has got a sleep mode but so far iv been just firing her up and letting her run for 15mins or so with the hope of putting some charge in the battery.Reading the threads it seems most view that running the aircooled motor stationary is not good.So guys can anyone give me some feedback on the best solution to my problem.Many thanks

Datatool have a good website that will show how put the alarm into sleep mode.
They are also very helpful if you have to phone them up.
I've just removed my system 3 because it was starting to play up and I was more concerned about the immobiliser kicking in than I was about the bike getting nicked. Bike theft isnt an issue where I live.

Thanks GC iv got the datatool manual,and the system automaticaly goes to sleeper mode when the battery gets low,there doesnt seem to be anyway of shutting the system down so il have to just make sure i can keep the charge in the battery i guess,thanks for your info though buddy...
