Dead bike

1200gsa lc 2014 . Battery charged but no dashboard, no horn , indicator no start . Headlight and tail lights come on ?
Gs911 says no voltage detected but shows 12.8 volts?
Any ideas ?
Bike was working fine day before no indication of issues

Start by checking fuses

Yep, I'd put an extra earth on first and check that.

The fuses are under the seat near the fuel tank

Basic fault finding.....check fuses before going mental

Checked fuses all ok , fitted new battery just to close out any suspicions on battery.
Noticed the dash shows a key and displays esa !
Thinking immobiliser or ecu?

Not keyless old fashioned key in ignition.

I would definitely replace the battery as they're not great. They will do lots of weird stuff when they're knackered!

Fitted new battery- no change still not switching on only thing that comes on is the lights and heated grips.

Running out of ideas now. Is it in Neutral? Side stand switch? Clutch Switch.

Doesn't explain key symbol.

Is it a brand new battery or have you charged the old one?

Maybe one for BMW to sort.
