Tried all the suggestions I can find on the internet and just fitted a new genuine Garmin battery, however I just get an amber battery symbol with a question mark in it .
Any suggestions ?

Battery is flat and not charging? try another cable to the unit, and if you can, probe the battery connector plug for voltage

Sometimes, don’t ask me why, the device needs to be put into its mount on the bike and powered up there, to boot it into life.

The best repair place is the sticky.
