I know that many on here are sometimes looking for laptops and desktops - bought my daughter a dell laptop for last christmas. Nothing special just the basic 15(?).
Last week she noticed that some of the keys wouldn't work - scrambled in loft to find the dell box and receipt and rang their customer services....
Nothing short of brilliant service
Picked laptop up next day via courier and returned working 2 days later with emails and texts to let me kn ow progress of repair and return date/time.
When it was returned we noticed a small crack in the casing - another call to dell at 9.30am on tuesday and Leon, dell technician, phoned at 10.30 and arrived at 4pm to replace the damaged casing.
May not be the fastest/best laptop in the world but I can't see how you can beat their after-sales service
