A big up for Dick Lovett Motorrad in Bristol. I ordered a pair of heated grips for by 2006 GS a week ago on Wednesday and was told they would be in on the Friday.

So I stopped off there to pick up the grips on the Friday evening only to be told they hadn't arrived.

Informed the grips may arrive overnight and they would ring me on Saturday at 9:30.

Sure enough and true to their word I got the call also telling me they were sorry but there wasn't anyone heading my way to drop them off. No problems, I would pick them up (another excuse for a ride).

On arrival they offered to fit them for me for free for messing me around which I accepted (who wouldn't).

Forty five minutes later the bike was ready and had been cleaned.

I have known Hayden for years, he's a top bloke and a biker to boot!

I'd have no problem recommending him and the dealer either. I know the technician as well, Kevin. He's one of the 'better' techies in the field.....

Nice one. I had a car from them a few years ago; very easy to deal with.

Bet it was a nice car but at above average cost.
They do get some nice stuff but its always on the pricey side.

They offered the cheapest deal in the UK on my brand new 335d back in 2007, and delivered it FOC.

They sell a lot of high end secondhand as well don't they ? They had a lovely porsche 993S in sone time ago , it was 10k over priced but what a low milage beauty it was. As they say find another ! It sold quickly as well.

I've never been in there. I always broker my cars over the phone, then get them delivered, with the exception of my current M3, which I flew up to Scotland to collect.
