Picked up the bike today and delighted with it plus the service i received during collection.

They need to sort out replying to emails etc or recruit more people. Huge volume of bikes there and the cars range from mini to Lamborghini! It's massive site

I find Dick Lovett Motorad in Bristol very clicky. If your "mates" with the staff its like a love up session, ignore phones ringing or email replies that are needed. Feels more like a social club than a business. What you experienced on phones and email is the norm I am afraid. I tend to do my best to avoid the place as not a member of the "club" and cannot be bothered with raising a complaint every time I want to communicate with them.
