It goes without saying that the initial post-running in service should be negotiated in as a free one, and there's no harm in asking for the next one free either, even if it's only for parts FOC, labour charged.
Despite the fact that many dealers will be under instructions not to discount bikes (so as to not undermine confidence across the board etc) there will always be wiggle room in other areas, and it can't hurt to ask

BUT, if you can negotiate a deal that you are happy with on a launch model, then go for it.
Either way, BMW won't be bothered, as they'll sell these by the boat load.
