Dodgy fuelling

Does anyone have issues with part throttle around 2800 - 3200rpm. It feels like a fuelling problem to me :eek

I have an Akropovic zorst on an 04 1200

Up to the 12000 mile service my 06 model vibrated like a pneumatic drill at 2800 rpm. After the service it was so much better I wondered if a new engine had been filtted. I do seem to have gone from 58 to 54 mpg but whether this is because the engine management pumps in more fuel now or I'm using more engine remains to be seen.

More likely a balance problem

We had problems setting up the early 1200GS's when they were coming thru the workshop then we developed the technique of balancing at about 25 to 28 hundred rpm
It made the world of difference as the idle speeds are altered per cylinder by the stepper motors

So go get yours warm and balance the throttles at 2500 ish rpm
