Noticed that the 1150 won't idle very well, seems to be hunting abit, it seems to sit around 1100 then drop down to 800 then bounce back up again.
Also if trying to stay at a constant rev whilst moving it seems to be hunting a bit, accelerating a bit then dropping back a bit.
Any idea's assuming I have described it OK.

Sounds like surging to me - when did you last balance the throttle bodies ?

Cheers, is that easy to do, need any tools or guages?

Yes and yes. You need a Twinmax or U-tube manometer (carb balancer) but given one of these it's very easy. Do a search for either one the forum and you'll find more info.

Your hunting may also be caused by an incorrect TPS setting - easy to check with a digital multimeter. Again, search for 'TPS' on the forum as it's been discussed recently.

Before touching anything -

check for airleaks on the rubber inlet manifold, where the throttlebody joins the head, spray some wd40 around the join as it's idling and see if it effects the idle -

also check the rubber caps under the throttle bodied, they harden crack and let air in .

Neil, will check that 1st then if all esle fails will be working from Weybridge and drop it of with you if you are free at all this week, wouldn't want to quote you but

It's my job to fix it - it's your job to pay for it.
