Down pipe/Ackro question

Hi Guys

Have just acquired a very nice 06 GSA which I must add is a credit to it's previous owner.

It has aftermarket down pipes but am not sure which one's but headers are brownish (like originals) and has no cross pipe or cat. Has a (BMW) Ackro silencer which sounds great with baffle in BUT on my last GS with ackro and standard down pipes I used to run with the baffle out.

Have already removed the baffle on the new bike's Ackro so any issues with running it like this and with 'straight through' headers?

I can tell you the headers are not Akrapovic. Those have a balance / cross pipe.
