Anyone got any info or can anyone recomend a CHEAP Hotel in the
Temple bar area of Dublin,
with secure 'ish' bike parking?

Ah jaysus, there's nuthin' cheap in the Temple Bar area of Dublin

specially the

 

[Ogmios]

You'd be better off staying here
