DVD onto Pocket PC?

Please can anyone point me to a FREE ripper for converting .VOB DVD video into .WMV or .MPEG?

Clearly, I don't want to breach copyright, I just want to take some of my films with me on a plane ride.

Every one I've found on 'tinternet is "freeware" until you try to use it - then they want money! I think I may be after the unobtainable.

easy to use..and you can alter colours etc...to bring up a dark copy of a movie or tv show Whatton's got he latest version i'm still on this one

you can alter the size output of the program to any size..so if the psp plays avi files it should be ok... but i don't really know, sorry

Judge you need to get a Tapwave better graphics and cheaper on e-bay.... and they use them on Stargate Atlantis

Cheers Jase, not for me - the only time when watching DVD's that 7" satisfiies me is when I'm flying long haul!

Tuned -- tried the software but it's all artifacts, sound is fine -- only 1 frame in 20 ish is viewable. Oldish PC I suppose -- any ideas?

Can anyone help? - PocketDivXEncoder software - works, makes a file with sound but loads of noise/artifacts, so no usable picture.
