I am just in the final stages of stripping down my r90s and I seem unable to separate my regulator from the loom. Can anyone help with how to detach this connector so I do not break the plastic.

The contacts can weld together, as can the plastic case.
Have you tried a good swoosh of wd40 and a gentle waggle?

Thanks but are you saying that there is no plastic locking cli or tag and it will pull cleanly out

Sorry - not familiar with this multi-connector specifically - just multi-connectors in general.
Well if there's a locking tab - you'd be able to see it.
I've had them so you'd think they'd been superglued -- but a bit of WD and some patience and they come apart eventually.
Spray & waggle is the best advice I can give without seeing it.
