Retailer promised to get me one and post it....no sign(Lying Barsteward me thinks) didnt have another one in shop blahblah....
Emailed Garmin last friday
Got email back wanting to confirm address on Saturday, yep that's right Saturday.
Monday got email to say in post.
Was at home waiting for me when I got back from Paddyland on thursday
No arguments / no hassle, just customer service !!!
As many of us have found out, Garmin customer service is second to none! There may be a problem waiting for the call to be answered, but the minute you speak to a human being the problem is half way to being solved, and generally they err on your side rather than theirs! (The alternative is to enter "TomTom" into the "Search" facility on the site, then you'll find out what problems are!)
