We all moan and gripe at poor service,

BUT LETS HEAR IT FOR EXCELLENT SERVICE

Phoned Garmin today, about Betty not speaking to me,

"Not to worry I'm told, will send out a new Power supply with speaker tonight, and sorry you had to phone us"

Now that's what I call service, always the same when I have phone them ,Nothing and I mean Nothing is too much trouble, a shame all compinies weren't the same.

Well Done Garmin and to Nick.

Yep - Garmin are up there with Autocom & Gerbing for the best attitude to customer service - restores your faith every time you deal with them...

Have to agree. I sent my 60c back under warranty and they turned it around and had a replacment unit back to me in a flash - no hassle just service :thumb
