Hi all,
Was this available to test ride at the weekend, did anyone ride one?
Just wondered how different it feels to the current GS TE.

I plan to test one but this was to see if someone already had, and what their thoughts were.

Called in to AJ's this afternoon,there weren't any exclusive models waiting to be collected in 1st March there were all GSA TB,black or white GS's.The colour is either not very popular or there late being delivered.There was also 2 Rallye versions but they had the standard GS seat ,screen and Tyres fitted didn't look bad.

It'll be same as any other Euro 4 GS. Addition to note is hill hold function I think. Apart from slight cosmetic changes there isn't much difference

I have the 2015 TE. With the exclusive having next gen ESA, self levelling and being able to set the ride height I would have thought that it would ride differently from the Euro 4 initial models.

Viewed it in showroom on Saturday. By artificial light the 'Iced chocolate metallic' was much darker than expected, almost black. Overall pleased with appearance - black engine, darker frame and graphics all work well together IMHO.

I have only seen one in artificial light as well and thought it looked good let us know how it goes

It looked more black than brown and gold callipers..... it a bit like blue rally speck Subaru Impreza with gold wheels that every chav likes to be seen in.

It does look better in the flesh,i just don't like the black engine,drive etc.Having said that the black one I saw today with the silver engine just looked a bit bland ,BMW could do with introducing some decent colours

I asked my dealer that question at the new product launch day last weekend. He went away to check (with whom?) and came back to say that they were not aware of any plans.

Being cynical, he would have to say that, wouldn't he!

I will phone dealer today about a test ride if it's available. Really interested to see how different the new ESA is, and also what height you can set the suspension when in the 'Min' ride height.

Not sure about that, but no doubt certain people have already placed a deposit down for their 2018 model to replace the 2017 model that they are still waiting to be delivered (because the new model will be SOOOOOOO much better )

There'll be the Triple Corrosion known as the TC and also the Partly Black But We Couldn't Be Arsed To Finish It Because Muppets Like Nutty Are Happy To Spend 18K and Then Another 2 To Finish The Job Properly, known as the PB

What have you heard then? Could it be a whole new shape like the change when the GS jumped to the WC? I guess the Adventure will follow the year after. Happy with my 2014 GSA LC TE for now but might get a spanker if it's nice.
