Hi all, just my solution to the never-ending exhaust/pannier debate! The pipe is a stainless Thundercat link pipe trimmed slightly, sounds great, goes great, passed mot without drama. Anyone know how to get a good finish on the cat? To fit the fullsize pannier, you need to make up the bottom locating bracket. I simply reversed the footrest hanger and made up some allly spacers to the required width-sounds complicated, but is a piece of piss and easy to put back to stock. I'm not sure if the photos show clearly enough. Incidentally, I fancy some cast wheels, so I don't have to spend hours this winter polishing spokes-anyone got a set to bolt straight on?
regards, Martin
P.S BTBR, bike has now done 27k, nearly all abroad including Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Nurburgring etc. Fab bike-could just do with a bit more power, as I get wasted by mates tweaked Fazer thou coming out of corners!

There was a post about this a while ago, Wonder Wheels from Halfrauds will do the trick I seem to recall. :nenau
