Farkling my new to me R1150GSA.

Motorworks will probably remember you forever as the only person that has ever ordered one of those shite guards… I suspect almost everyone who got one new(ish) has one of those on a shelf in the garage - I’m fairly sure I do 🤣
Yep, sat in a box in the shed for the last 24 years. I repurposed ‘paint’ tray from B&Q does a much better job.

Correct!! DoctorLight Full LED upgrade. Picked up an old secondhand unit off eBay and sent to the continent for the upgrade. Will be fitting in a week or so and will report back! It looks incredible honestly.
I have a spare set of lights that I was planning to do this with. Just never got around to it yet…🙄

Part 12 in all its glory!

Full LED headlight upgrade from Doctor Light.

Not only is it plug and play but the difference is outstanding.

If you’ve been thinking about getting it, stop and just do it!! A bit pricey but well worth it imo.

A rare dry day for 2026, and a stint of nights means only one thing.

After chasing fuel leaks for nearly 3 months, she’s back out and on the road. I had the Ohlins serviced as well whilst the bike was off the road and wow. What a difference that has made. So planted and predictable. Really happy with this bike and all the mods I’ve made to make it mine!

Nice.
Getting there slowly. :thumb2
A nice tinted MRA screen should be on your shopping list now. Along with some Wally flaps.
And clear indicator lenses with silver bulbs. :D

Wally flaps went in the bin… where they belong.

Alternatively you could 'keep 'em peeled' for a set of K1200RS mirrors, which allow a rearward view extending beyond your shoulders :augie

I bought a pair to go on mine years ago. They’re still in the shed somewhere. After I bought them I thought there’s actually nothing wrong with the standard ones so I never fitted them. :nenau
