My nearest KTM dealer is circa 20 miles away, but their reputation is so poor there was no way I would entrust them with my bike; hence why I took a 200 mile round trip to Jim Aim in Essex...and their service was 1st class

Rick, was there any reason you didn’t use Craig’s in Barnsley, they have or had 2018 GT in stock
TBH I didn't consider them as i wanted the 2019 bike
Premier are tough to beat on deals though and it had to be someone who would give proper money for my Ducati and many smaller places just dont want to know on such a specialised and rare bike
Rick...while your down there ask them if they'll do you a deal on some gloves.
Sorry, got mixed up with 18 and 19 reg bike, they offered more for my BMW than BMW did, have you been to there show room, wall to wall KTM

I’ll be keeping an eye open for early Xmas presents from KTM and if they do a decent deal on a new 1290 SAS around then it’ll be time to move my GT on.
I’ll be away on my normal summer jolly in early July then if things go quiet I might sneak a fortnight away on my own in early September if the weather looks nice.
Enjoy the bike Rick, they make a belting tourer that can also be ragged rotten once you get to a few mountain passes.

I’m not sure how much they’ll take the piss on the trade in value of my GT given that it was massively discounted when I bought it but it’s all about cost to change and if they can keep that between £3.5 and 4k then I’ll be happy.

The only reason it’s a *our is he wants me along with the twat Nav to get him there and back.
Nutty will empathise with that approach as Bounce has been helping him with that for years!
