This morning I have taken delivery of this beauty, wife said first thing she seen it "Shit! It's huge!!!"

I had close call nearly dropping it in a car park with spaces of camber anyway it is a massive improvement over the last one I had. Smoother, etc. The only gripe I have (very minor) is indicator light on the instrument panel is singular unlike previous bike was directional if you know what I mean. As a result if you go round the roundabout let say and turn right then left you can't tell if you indicating correctly. Other than that it is fab at the moment

Nice one Ev. Now for some accessories & paint.:D

What time did you collect? I think I saw your bike sitting out front in the showroom looking very lovely!

I was there at 8.30 and loaded the XR onto a trailer and took it to Revs Racing.

Yes you were prepping your trailer (hitched to a E class???) out the back, I loaded tyres in a car (Red Jacket)........... 8:45am. It all went smoothly..... Didn't leave there till gone 11am as I had to get insurance sorted before I could move off and generall faffery. You were dealing with Mark. PS: I hope you are not wearing Dewalt steel toe cap boots when you are riding ;):D

Lovely looking..... now get out there and get it dirty. ;). Oh, and for the record, my wife has never said those words to me..:P

Yep that was me! :D

Apologies for not saying hello, I saw you turn up with your good lady but was a bit focussed on loading a brand new bike onto a flimsy trailer without dropping it!

Enjoy the new bike :beerjug:

Snap! Lovely bike, hope you get the weather to enjoy it tomorrow.

It's quite remarkable how we all so familiar with each other on here, but once out in the open you just become another Joe Public. You Have great fun on your new toy!

Ha, it's been washed since then but with the recent weather it's filthy again within the next two rides. I even took it to Freddy Trott for a full on clean but won't be doing that again in this weather, will wait until summer before paying for a professional clean.

So everyone had a good day today. :beerjug:

I'll be doing the same soon, when the satanic bike arrives at KTM.:D
