I know that these chaps aren't a B*W dealer but thought they should get a mention for top service.
Rear shock gave up the ghost last week and I couldn't really afford a new one.
A friend recommended I take it in to Firefox to see Andy or Simon to see if they could help.
£85 for rebuild with a warranty to boot.
Took in at 12 noon and was told they would strip down that afternoon and let me know if there were any problems.
Quoted a couple of days for the shock to be ready.
Got a call at around 4pm same day to say they had finished and I could pick it up whenever I wanted.
Top chaps and got me out of a hole as the bike would have been laid up for a while until the purse swelled a bit.
