I have just bought some Synto adjustable brake and clutch levers from Germany and fitted them to me 2007 1200GS. Expensive (€200 plus shipping) but beautifully made and lovely to use. You can adjust the span easily on the move. I went for the short levers as I normally brake with two fingers. There are lots of colours but I chose black levers and silver adjusters.
I have CRG levers (which are similar) on my Fireblade and have been looking for levers for my GS for ages.

Easy to fit although refitting the brass bushing was a little tricky.
