fogs switch

The switch for the front fog lights is not working on my 2011 gsa.
As in, it will not switch the lights on, if it is pushed and held, pushed lights come on pressure of -----no lights
anyone else had this ?

its less than a yer old = warranty = dealer sort it out free of charge. simples

Yes had this on my 2011 GSA. Sorted under warranty no problem along with both winglets which were cracked (overightened at factory). Ring yer dealer.

Yup. Crappy switches. Mine went round for a while with a small stone cable tied in place. Switch #2 now doing it. If it's left 'off' for a few weeks normal switching seems to return but seems too much to expect an improved switch rather than replacing with the same junk.

Whilst my 1200GS was in for a service, I specifically asked NOT to be given an S1000000RRRRR as a courtesy bike. I got an F650gs

Had mine replaced under warranty last month, had time for a hot choc and it was done.

Yep mine gone too...for the second time....warranty repair next week

Still looks like they're replacing the broken switch with another of the same, rather than a better quality one.
I suppose that'd be too much to expect, eh?

That reminds me. The dealer was to ring me before Christmas to replace FOC.

Mine is being replaced next week, 57 plate GSA 18,500 miles. I believe it is the first one its had so compared to some its not bad, but not very good for a premium product.

yes that is what is replacing mine.

Yep mine gave up the ghost on an 11 plate GSA and dealer fitted a new under warranty. Dealer said they have quite a few recently.....seems like a common problem
