fingerprints will be taken at the port of entry from October, biometrics are already in the passport from your photo, no sane person goes without travel/medical insurance and they have always been able to ask for proof of return ticket and where you are staying. They can also ask if you have independent financial means.
In practice, they are only likely to take your dabs and scan your passport as these are the only mandatory checks. The rest of it is not new stuff, just regulations that have existed for "third countries" that applied to UK people since 2021. All hyped up as new stuff to generate clickbait whilst people are getting cross with the EU about fingerprints.
They won't give a toss about the other stuff they could ask if they could be arsed. A local hospital will police the insurance bit if you need stuff not covered by GHIC.
If you stay longer than 90 days then they will clobber you with a massive fine and a ban when you try to get your passport stamped on exit.
