Guys, cybergizmo kindly mailed me about his frame rubbing issue (as per photo) so here is my solution (its blingy..............
)
Here`s the problem - haven`t suffered with it myself yet but I know some of us have. Btw flickr just bizarrely seems to rotate the images

Here`s my solution - a heavy gauge (obviously, I wasn`t going to try and make something thinner
) stainless steel laser profiled and hand finished (always makes it `nice` to handle
) `pad` clamped to the frame with 2 rubber nitrile (so it doesn`t scratch the frame) stainless steel (of course) `P` clamps. All held together with stainless fasteners.

Can be mounted in two different orientations.
So, cybergizmo I hope this is a good alternative mate - theres frame protectors available for up to £122
(and damn fine they are too!) or there are the plaggy ones (won`t last) or a very good alternative is that `helicopter tape` which some of us use. `Sup to you mate, as long as you get sorted!
Regards,
mark.
