Free Nav 5!

Hope this isn't common knowledge already, but BMW are giving away a Nav 5 with all new bikes registered in March! Not sure if it applies to all models though.

So when I get my new GS in afew weeks, which Nav 5 do I sell? My current one or the new one...

I'm wondering what price you've been 'charged' for the new Bike/Nav in the first place? If £610 for Nav and now it's free then surely you should get a reduction on the bike price, or £610 as equivalent value freebies?

We 'did the deal' before this offer was announced. Dealer is not sure of terms but says he may be able to offer goods of equiv. value.

Hmm. the active words are 'registered in March'.

I guess it's done to boost pre buying season sales.

Is it a dealer offer or direct from BMW? And before signing on the dotted line I asked if there were any offers coming in March and they said no.

As I understand it my dealer only received advance notification, by email, from BMW to-day. I think there will be more info later and that all BMW dealers will have received the same. Speak to your dealer if you are in the process of buying. It will not boost sales a great deal if it is not advertised! Would be surprised if this applied to the G650GS...

It's a bmw offer and it's fo the gs only and they new about it a week ago!

Hmm. I'm looking for a iv or a v navigator. This might mean a few appear up for sale. Can't quite bring myself to part with £600 for a sat nav.

I got a free car kit from Jefferies when I pointed out that I'd seen an advert from another dealer where they were giving one away free with every Nav V, I'd ordered the Nav V with the bike so they threw in the car kit

Just spoke to Dealer and was told that it's A BMW funded offer, not the dealer and it's only for GS not the GS Adventure
