front brake low speed judder

I never said that!! ...... greg masters said check for warping or UNEVEN THICKNESS.....which is a good point

Might be a good point for Greg, but in over 30 years working on BMW’s I’ve never had a bike brake disc wearing unevenly that has caused pulsing or juddering. Maybe I’ve just been lucky :D

So do you think it's a slight warp?.....can a tiny bit of warpage cause my issue? Coz I can't find anything else

As Oneandonly said, check the bobbins.
Think about it, the holes through the discs get clocked up with road muck and brake pad dust. Same stuff sticks to the bobbins, I've sprayed brake cleaner on them , hit them with a mallet, this was on a FJ1200, sorted geeza.

Sometimes the spring washers on the bobbins go walkabout as well and can cause the symtoms you describe.

Did all that and it was the same I've removed the discs now and I'm going to replace them along with new wavey washers.......if the washers worked, surely a very slight warp that couldn't be seen with the eye, would be taken up by the washers!! I thought
Perhaps I should have said to check for warping AND to check for uneven thickness...
You did, and both seemed fine apart from a fannys hair of warping!
I want to remove the ABS ring as it no longer serves any purpose.....will i need to put washers in its place or will the pistons just take it up?
