The Squeal has been sorted by Bath Road, Bristol - new fix from BMW rubber washers or something. So far so good. 
I have the same problem and mine is only two weeks old, surely the guys at BMW should have sorted this issue prior to delivering the bike???

March '05 bike, never had a problem with brake squeal. Tyre squeal, yes, but never from the brakes.
Just ride it like a maniac every now and then, perform the odd quick stop from a decent speed to get the crap off the pads and disks, then relax...
