Just in case anybody is thinking of not bothering I had both pumps on my GSA (07) changed today no charge

Mine was done today, no cracks so had the support pieces added. They told me the VIN number will show on the dealer system whether the recall is needed, once it's been done it'll show on the system as a completed service item so the info should be available at any dealer. Apparently there's 30,000 bikes to be recalled 
Whilst the job was done I had a GSA LC out for a couple of hours on test / as the loan bike ... lovely engine and sublime brakes
Think I'll be swapping in the spring although probably for the GS rather than the rufty-tufty GSA.
