Fuel range

I've only ever once managed to get 200m out of a full tank.

That was after a week of riding like a saint and purposely keeping the revs low on each ride to see if i could reach 200m

I commute 50m a day on mine and get anywhere from 140-170m from a tank.

My 1150 GS has to get at least 200 miles on a tank.

Leaving work in the evening to getting to the petrol station the next morning is 200 miles. 205 miles if the first one is closed. 213 if the second one is closed. Walking if the third one is closed.
I usually put in 19.5ish litres.

Mostly motorway riding. Speed? Erm.......just keeping up with the traffic, officer.

Regards

Looking for fuel at 180 ish.
200 miles or so till I see the fuel light.
Once (not deliberately) managed 250 but it was on fumes when I filled (although I didn't have to lie it down :D ).
Never got mpg below 47 (when I've been bothered to check) usually averages between 50 and 55 depending on use (always tend to keep a tally on long trips).

Plastic tanked (so slightly larger than the metal ones) 1100

The 10 miles per litre guide works for me- actually does a little better than that. 1150 Adventure, most I've put in is 30 litres, and have managed 300 on a tank.

I've an ADV tank on my standard GS and I once managed 360 miles and still had four bars showing on the guage while riding through morocco with 8 honda C90's for a few days.

Did the C90's use you as a fuel tanker ?

I've heard that happens to adventure riders in morocco.
