I have an issue with my toll tag that have accursed in September 2023.

On recent trips to Germany with my wife as well as a trip with he boys to Austria, the Fulli toll tag would not activate the gates, resulting in backpedaling to call the operator and to take the dreaded ticket. No matter where the tag was fitted/placed or held in wife's hand, it would not work.

There seem to be no way of contacting Fulli over the phone.

I then decided to log into my account...
When logged in to my Fulli account, it suggesting that both of my tags have been returned (see screenshot bellow), both of which are still in my possession. Trying to find a way to call them, but seemingly struggling with that.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get in touch with them and why my tags have been canceled/declared as returned?

Many thanks.

Forgive me for highlighting the obvious, but have you tried the ‘Help’ button at top right?

Ok, tried to call the number (same for every regional office) but it does not work. Triple beep and nothing.

Yes I have, as that is how I arrived at the screenshot above (see post #1).
I can request a new offer, for a new set of badges (€4.90 each).
I do not need a new set of tags, just need them to be (re)activated.

Edited to add: a "Help section" screenshot, where previously I have clicked on "Managing My Badge (top row, third from the left)

have you tried the contact form? It's AI to begin with but you can reject that to get a screen reading ape.

Just get a ticket...less faffing. If it doesn’t spit out a ticket hit SOS on the machine....trust me hit SOS :D

Mine has been playing up as well. OK in the car (last time I used it) but on the bike, same as you - back-pedalling.

Through the contact form, I got a reply in minutes: Through Google translate:-

Thank you John. Unfortunately, it seem that both of my tags have been “returned” (and deactivated??? :nenau) meaning that I can not request a replacement. Might have to track down a fulli office to have these exchanged when I am next in France.

Bummer.

I have not heard of this tag option, not looked either.
Is it worth getting for your average brit tourist or solving a problem that doesn't exist?
Cheers

If you are in the gang of people (who might have them) then yes, if you are in your own probably not.

Even if I was in my own, I would still have it, as there is nothing worse than hawing to pull your gloves off in the pouring rain, pull your wallet apart to find a card, then tap to pay or cash if you are really old fashioned. Then pull soaking gloves back on, meanwhile you have people behind you rearing to go. However, if these things stop working then you still have to do all of the above.

depends where you go and how often

I got one as I was going to Portugal where they have some toll roads where reading number plates is the thing. No barriers and it is not always obvious where the toll section begins if you are not familiar with the signs.

France already has a similar road and all will be done by ANPR in time. I imagine the rest of Europe will follow suit as it is a lot cheaper than having barriers, road sensors and card readers.

on the other hand, on my recent 2300 mile trip to Austria, I paid one toll in France to get south of the tunnel. I didn't really need a TAG for that trip as hardly an inconvenience to take one ticket and a few miles down the road feed it into one robot and wave a credit card.

Ive had an Sanef ( now called Emovis ) tag for many years and it’s worked 100 % of the time on the car and 90 % of the time on the bike .

Just occasionally I have to change the class on my account as it’s gone for Class 1 for a car instead of 5 for a bike . Easily done online but not needed too last few years .

Evskij, maybe ditch the one you have and get Emovis ?
