I bead blasted the wheels and gear box using a fine bead masked up and tape the spokes and gear box used autoso on the rims sent the pipes and exhaust off to a local polisher and they come back like new all for £100 not bad I would have been polishing them still.

Thanks Dakar for nice comets it's been great fun to do , haven't rebuilt a bike since i rebuilt my bonie back in the seventys it good fun chasing down bit and pieces you need ? Good luck with tour rebuild.
