GARMIN GPS V MOUNT

GPS Mount

I would suggest the touratech alloy mount fixed to the ram flexible arm bar mounting. this works well for my 1150, high enough to be be within sight line but not distracting from road safety angle. if you use a tank bag you need to get the V high enough to see anyway; bar mounting means the screen is obstructed .

I use a std ram mount. fix the arm part to the rhs of the holder and it then sits over your left handlerbar clutch cover thing (technical, me :D)

Easy to use on the move to zoom in & out etc and easy to read.

Haven't got a pic as no digi camera (yet), but found this pic on the GPS Warehouse site. Pic doesn't really do it justice, sits a lot lower and more horizontal on my Adventure.

GPS V mount

I've mounted mine on an alloy plate that bolts on top of the bar clamps.

Doesn't obstruct clocks at all, and is clearly visible even with my medium sized tank bag.
