Garmin Motorize ?

Has anybody used Garmin Motorize ?
I can use it on the TFT of my Tracer GT+.

There’s a 30 day free trial and then I think it’s £49 per year (ish).
Thought I’d wait till May when I’m first taking the GT+ off island before signing up for the trial etc.

One thing I can’t seem to find is whether you can download routes and use them via the app.

If it’s just from A to B then it’s a bit pointless and I’ll stick with plan A which is to use my phone and MRA which I have done the last few years.

Brilliant, ta.
I did a search but never found that . It answers a good few questions .
Think I’ll still use phone /MRA to navigate planned routes such as our trip to Germany/Austria this summer but might use Motorize for less complicated stuff.

As far as I can make out, the Garmin Motorize app only works on some brands of motorcycle, with whom Garmin has entered into a trading relationship. Yamaha seems to be one.

There hasn’t been much follow-up on UKGSer since this post and thread, from way back in July of last year:

I hadn’t seen this app from Garmin before. Whilst it only seems compatible with some bikes (Yamaha, for instance) it would seem to be the answer to my prayers. A Garmin based GPS system (all be it phone based) that has stripped away all the bikermate ‘Must have’ shite that Garmin have bolted...

Ta . Didn’t see that other thread despite doing a search .
As far as I can see it only works with TMax, Nikes and Tracer GT+.

I’m going to try it when we go to France in May .

Have tried it on my T Max 560 . It was difficult to use and so cancelled it and use a TomTom now

Thought I’d bite the bullet and get Motorize up and running .
Got as far as this then nothing .
