uhm.. sorta, and not really.
I'm a long way away from my RT; but I think you have put in the road too eg:
Big Road, NS10 1AA
RT is sorely lacking in many respects, especially its habit of corrupting the user db after importing GPX files.
RouteBuddy isn't a bad option, if you know where to look.
