Tarry,

You'll find similar questions ask in here along with many valid replies.

The SPIII was a good solid reliable unit, many will bemoan when they paid c£1K for one. The item being sold was good value, you could also find some secondhand Quest 1's being traded also a limited new models and if any 2610/2650 (not 2620) come up, they get snapped up quickly, better still if mount is part of the deal.

It really depnds on your budget and where you buy (be cautious when buying on ebay), whether its £100, £200 or £300 that's in yer pocket you can cut your cloth accordingly, same with replies.

My Quest is going onto eBay tonight, time allowing, complete with Garmin bike powered cradle etc. Will post a link here if that's not against forum rules :nenau

Edit: looks like it is against the rules but by doing a search it should be obvious, even mentions this place.
