Gear Change Problem

I have a '65 gsa.

When changing from 2nd to 3rd in high revs, with or without clutch, it will not go!

I have to wait for the revs to die down until it will change. Been a few worrying times when pulling out!

Anyone else had this, or heard of it?

Only covered 2k on my 2017 GSA and I've not had what you describe.

I have noticed that finding neutral can be a tad fiddly when its hot. Might just be moi though, these engines / gearboxes can take tens of thousands of miles to reach their potential.

gearbox woes on an l/c surely not

It has its 12k service next week, so will ask them to have a look. It usually happens when above 4,000 revs, not all the time, but enough to be cautious of it!
