I was well impressed by their service when I bought my jacket recently, and the quality of the gear is superb. But I'm even more impressed now.

I thought that sounded too good to be true

I did wonder though, coz i recently bought a LARGE camcorder battery from an internet company. It cost about 60 quid (about half what Sony charge for the same thing). When it arrived, it turned out to be for a slightly different model. So I rang them and they sent me another straight out, along with a pre-paid postage label to return the 'spare' one. Very trusting IMO...
