Getting rid of un wanted files?

I am sure there are loads of hidden un-wanted files on my PC especially as the Kids use it constantly.

Is there just one Foul sweep i can do to get rid of them as individualy it must be a nightmare

One way to get rid of temp files, cookies and to clear your history is to go to Start, Control Panel, Internet Options from there you can clean up stuff.

Not sure about hidden files you may need more complex software for that.

type in format c: in a dos box.

Reload windoze

Reinstall docs.

I've got nothing to hide on my machine but I thought I'd try the Cyber Scrub thing just to see. It sure puts the likes of Ad Aware in its place!
