Can i get Gmail to upload my emails from my email address at my ISP provider...?

or do i have to set up outlook to forward it to Gmail. ?

...or should i be doing something completely different ? :nenau

I don't think you can load email from other providers in gmail (unless I've overlooked it), the other way does work (ie accessing gmail via pop).

You can configure your other email address as a sender in gmail.

Gmail will not download emails from your ISP.

Most ISPs allow you to access email via a webmail portal. Many allow you to forward email to another account e.g. Gmail. If you set this up you may wish to select the "leave a copy on the server" so that you can download the emails into your normal email software e.g. Outlook.

I have an email account that is only accessible via POP3. When away from home I've used Tiscali webmail to access the POP3 server. Their webmail portal allows you to import email from multiple POOP3 servers. What's more, you can sign up for a webmail account for free at http://www.tiscali.co.uk/login/index.php?url=/commscentre/email/index.php
