Good solicitor needed

I am looking for a recomended solicitor due to me being ran of the road last wednesday on the m4 near port talbot by a double glazing type van while riding my new tenere

I have no experience with any sort of claims so i am looking for someone to take the claim on

Speak to your insurers. That's what you pay all that money for. They should have a specialist who should be able to chase uninsured claims etc. Why pay more money out? Anyway dealing with all that you have to after an accident is stressful so let the experts deal with it. Don't be tempted to follow the advice from a numpty on the web on how to handle it yourself.

couldnt help but overhear about your tangle with the muppet van driver..

but if your insurance have their heads on they will be able to sort for you..

Well hello ,now thats weird i have been finally let out with 6 broken ribs ,broken bones in the right foot ,punctured lung and a tear in the spleen ,was kept in tcu for 2 days for observation then transfered to another ward .Feeling better now at home but still in a lot of pain and trying to sort everything out is a nightmare hopefully everything will work out in the end

Jasext, i have met 3 of the Dalton White solicitors and had a good chat, they seem to be on the ball and the posh one Rhiannon Davies seems to work very hard for her clients and don't take any prisoners with the opposition.
Maybe worth a shot

Definite thumbs up from me for White Dalton too.

Don't get persuaded into accepting the firm the insurance company assign to you - even if they lie and say that's the only one they'll pay for. It is YOUR choice, and the insurance HAS to pay for whoever you choose.

WD threatened to sue the insurance company when they tried it on with me, and from then on were just fab.
