Dublin mostly!
I have a choice of Quest or 276C at more or less same price (SR2,000). I own a 3+ so I have a bit of knowledge about the things.
Anyone recommend which I should go for? I like the bigger 276c screen but I don't want to to look like a Trekkie.....
Tks!

Be aware that the 276C doesn't come with the "automotive kit" as standard. The Automotive kit is basically the City Navigator software, so you have no real road mapping software (the 276C is basically a marine item). This will cost you extra.

The 276C is excellent but works out pricy with the Automotive kit and the Garmin memory (Only their's will do).

The screen is really good and I don't think the unit looks at all 'Trekkie'.

276C

The extra cost is forgotten when you use the 276C, it is simply wonderfull, i'm so glad Simon M suggested it to me.

Thanks Simon.

Get the 276C. It is worth the cost and you will not regret it.

Best 276C mounting?

Thanks for advice!
OK, it's a 276C. It has basemap only, but for Ireland, I don't think there is much more. Got an 8mb card with Saudi details, not sure of it's worth yet.

I have used a Touratech mount for my 3+ on the bike crossbar, and am considering their lockable mount for the 276C. Worries that the RAM mount might droop under the mass over a bump (I know I do!)....
Any recommendations?
