Hi, anyone stayed in Grenoble this year ? I have rooms booked in Kyriad Grenoble Centre in July, budget hotel so not expecting much as using as a base to get out into the surrounding areas. Any 'must do' appreciated, thanks' , Mark

We are travelling back North upto Reims via Route Napolean, really looking forward to that.
Presumably you're heading much further south than Grenoble then? Route Napolean runs from Grenoble SOUTH towards Grasse/Cannes.We are travelling back North upto Reims via Route Napolean, really looking forward to that.

I think they've done away with that notionYou’re probably already aware that Grenoble is a Crit Air designated area, but just thought I’d mention it.

Yeah, just keep playing, I think the Alps day is not too bad from Grenoble base, I have quickly done a copy with start and end point in Grenoble and shortened it slightly, but it still has some epic passes and a good taste of the French alps.@Rasher thank you, appreciated. Just planning for tomorrow.
Might trim your Alps route a bit to shoryen the day, the clockwise route looks fun.
Weather keeping good so far
