Been to see a 2008 RT with 16000 on the clock. 1 Older owner. It has electric windshield, heated grips, ABS, ASC, wired in and mounted navigator 3, all genuine panniers and genuine top box. Good tyres, FSH, dealer stamped at 16000. Test rode it and its lovely.

course it's lovely, it's an RT,

Me, I'd look for one with cruise control and built in radio

forgot to mention, it has cruise control and a power socket on the left dash. No Idea why no ESA - maybe its a height reduced one?. Looking at the MCN site it looks reasonable to good.

My thinking is that at the moment I am struggling to get rid of my GS as it has 22 000 miles and is only a 2010 bike. So I figure a 2008 RT with 16000 on it, in three years I'll have ridden the mileage right! Keep thinking its a good deal..doing the research now..

If your GS is the Twin Cam model then no. But if it is the Single Cam Model your in.
