One thing to note is that the original straps also fit the inner bags allowing you to fit the inner bags on top of the boxes if you end up filling the boxes up at the local pie shop

I have some of these, the BMW ones. All good in theory, but they do tend to mark the top of the boxes I'm afraid. Had I known, would never have put them on TBH.
One option, stick some decals or something under where they can make contact with the boxes and then install them. No rubbing against the box itself and you get the facility of the handles. As the handles go, they do work.

I know it's been done to death.. But i have a set of these straps and i think i'm missing the middle carry handles and clips, would any of you kind gentlemen be willing to post a clear pic of the handle/clip setup to help me clear things up, i've read darkerdude's post re marking the box's so i got some clear vinyl sheeting and covered the top of the box's just need to see what i'm missing now. Thanks.
