Succeeded in fitting a rev-counter / Tacho to a Hp2 Enduro preferably not I heard that ------

Has anyone actually done it or can you point me to an article or thread that covers the subject. Thanks :thumby:

Doesn't the combined speedo/rev counter off the MM fit (and work)?

Thanks for everything posted so far but like you guys I have read them and no one has actually done it ! There is a plug blanked off with three wires below the instruments which "could" be the one and so yes just buy a"GS" or "MEGAMOTO" instrument pod and what comes next ? that is the question is it a canbus crash ? can the dealer really re-program it ?
Finally the price of second hand instrument pods  well you have got to be sure before you buy. :D

Perhaps you need to read the links again.
I posted a link that clearly shows somebody HAS done it. That link was then duplicated in the post immediately before yours!

Why are questioning if a dealer really can programme it when the link clearly states it's been done?

JayC, thanks I apologise for not reading the thread thoroughly, however have all dealers especially here in the UK got the required skills to do this ? I am not sure they have but what I was hoping was that someone had successfully installed an aftermarket rev-counter ( read low cost rev-counter ) I will continue my search but if anyone has a reasonably priced cluster please pm. me. :thumby:
